MWN-Du100 water counters Flange

The principle of operation of water counters (mechanical, tachometric) consists in calculation of number of rotations of the impeller which is in the counter, and rotating under pressure of water flow. The mechanism of the counters which are responsible for the accuracy of indications is located in separate part which is isolated from hit of water in it.

Water counters by an operation principle can be separated on tachometric (works the turbine placed in a fluid flow or the impeller which is connected with the calculating mechanism), vortex, ultrasonic is the cornerstone, electromagnetic (are used in the industry) — differ from tachometric in availability of electronic devices and lack of loose ports. On a design they are subdivided on separate and compact. Counters of water are divided by the number of the serviced pipelines on single-channel, two-channel and multichannel.

Standard metering devices of a cold water work at a temperature of 40 �C, metering devices of hot water at a temperature up to 90 �C, level water pressure is equal in them to 1 MPa. Water counters are used for the purpose of accounting of quantity a water discharge in apartments and at the enterprises. Respectively depending on the power of heating systems and water supply counters happen individual and industrial. Water counters regularly show exact indications at a temperature up to 60 �C and relative air humidity to 98%.
