Vibrotable forming 1000*1200mm for eurofences

The vibrotable forming is necessary for filling of forms: fiberglass, plastic, silicone, steel or other forms are established on a forming vibrotable and are filled with mix from concrete. After turning on of the vibroengine there is a vibration which affects forms during certain time. As a result of it concrete mix accumulates, concrete is condensed, air in the form of bubbles comes from within to a surface and leaves mix. Thanks to this interaction the better tile or other products from concrete turns out. It turns out because of the good density of concrete, i.e. due to the lack of hollow areas in a finished product. After the end of process of consolidation and shrinkage of concrete mix of a form remove and put for hardening.

Main requirements to a vibrotable:
1. Vibration on all working surface of a vibrotable has to be uniform.

2. Amplitude of fluctuations has to be moderate, i.e. concrete in shape should not "boil", i.e. beat off form walls, and be distributed evenly in a form.
3. The improved vibration which leads to improvement of appearance of a final product and significant increase in durability of the made production allows to receive higher density of concrete.

To receive finally a tile of identical thickness, at formation of a tile by means of a vibrotable, it is necessary to fill with form concrete most precisely. If it was not enough initial material, the tile can turn out different height.
