Main requirements to a vibrotable:
1. Vibration on all working surface of a vibrotable has to be uniform.
2. Amplitude of fluctuations has to be moderate, i.e. concrete in shape should not "boil", i.e. beat off form walls, and be distributed evenly in a form.
3. The improved vibration which leads to improvement of appearance of a final product and significant increase in durability of the made production allows to receive higher density of concrete.
To receive finally a tile of identical thickness, at formation of a tile by means of a vibrotable, it is necessary to fill with form concrete most precisely. If it was not enough initial material, the tile can turn out different height.
