Uniaxial mixers of batch action of WBH

The design of uniaxial horizontal mixers of batch action of WBH represents a blending chamber complete with a loading mouth, an unloading mouth with a lock and the outlet, the mixing rotor, two plates closing extremities of the camera for placement on them end bearings complete with a set of adjustable laying for a shaft and the drive with a power transmission. Mixing devices in the form of a ploughshare or an inclined edge rotate under a special corner in relation to the central shaft in the horizontal cylindrical chamber. It allows to avoid emergence of dead zones and the movement at a slow speed that provides the high accuracy of mixing. In certain cases additional mixers with the high speed of mixing for achievement of desirable effect are established.
