Three-phase relay of tension and control of the phases RNPP-301

Three-phase relays of tension are used for protection of three-phase consumers against inadmissible fluctuations of tension in a network, break and a distortion of phases, adhesion and violation of alternation of phases. It is effectively used for protection of the refrigerating, air conditioning, compressor and other appliances having electromotive loading. Also are used in devices where it is necessary to exercise a constant control of existence, quality and full-staging of mains voltage, for example in schemes AVR.

In all relays of tension return coefficient (hysteresis) about 5B. Range of operability of our relays of tension — 30-150% of rated voltage. At deep landings, and also at sharp increase of tension acceleration of operation of the relay is automatically entered. Relays of tension provide automatic inclusion of loading after restoration of parameters of tension with a certain endurance of time. Malogabaritna tension relays also have small weight. All fasten on standard DIN — a lath.

Relays of tension turn on parallel to loading and operate the coil of the magnetic actuator. Thus use of the relay of tension practically does not depend on loading power. At the exits of the relay of tension there are two groups of independent contacts (one couple — normally closed, another — normally opened) switching loading to 5A.

The relay of tension RNPP-301 is intended for protection of three-phase consumers against main types of accident in an electric network, such as:

• exit of the operating value of tension out of limits of admissible thresholds;
• violations of alternation and adhesion of phases;
• violations of full-staging and symmetry of mains voltage.

The device controls key parameters of an electric network and at their deviation disconnects loading.

The relay also watches a condition of power contacts of the external magnetic actuator before inclusion of loading, controlling their serviceability (a podgoraniye or adhesion).

Light-emitting diodes on the front panel of the relay display:

• presence of tension in a network;
• condition of loading it (is included or disconnected);
• type of the arisen accident.

Six adjusting potentiometers which are taken out on the front panel allow the user to establish:

• operation threshold on the most admissible value of tension;
• operation threshold on minimum admissible value of tension;
• threshold of admissible value of a distortion of phases;
• reaction time of shutdown of loading at emergency undervoltage;
• reaction time of shutdown of loading at other types of accident of a network;
• delay of time of inclusion of loading after restoration of parameters of a network.

The device can work in a verification regime of phase or linear tension (at the choice of the user).
