The SURVEYOR and other services at insurance


NTsIR "RIZIKON" offers services at the conclusion of contracts of insurance:

- a civil liability before the third parties for the harm done by accidents on hazardous production facilities;

- property of the Insurer from damage at accidents on production.

As harm to the third parties are considered:

- harm of life and to human health;

- harm to property of the third parties;

- harm to surrounding environment.

The Syurveyerny services rendered to NTsIR "RIZIKON" are based on the analysis of danger and an assessment of risk of the insured objects and aim to develop mutually advantageous for the Insurer and the Insurer of the term of the contract of insurance.

These services include:

- studying of object of insurance and estimation of cost of property,

- definition and justification of the insured sum (the maximum possible damage, a responsibility limit, etc.) in physical and/or monetary value;

- assessment of risk of infliction of harm and damage

- definition and justification insurance net - a tariff;

- participation in drawing up and coordination of terms of the contract of insurance;

For modeling of possible accidents and an assessment of risk the research computer program Rizeks complex developed by NTsIR "RIZIKON" is used.

Results of an assessment of risk are made out in the form of the report and transferred to the Customer. Except a statement of results the report contains conclusions and recommendations about the organization of insurance of the considered object, including:

- recommendations under the terms of the franchize;

- results of an assessment of risk;

- an assessment of the insured sum and insurance tariffs by separate types of damage;

- decisions and recommendations about decrease in risk (preventive actions) with an assessment of decrease in the insured sums and tariffs at introduction of these recommendations;

In case of accident emergence technical experts of NTsIR "RIZIKON" make investigation of the causes of the incident, and settlement of the declared claims of the insurer in connection with insured event. Experts of NTsIR "RIZIKON" give answers to the questions concerning reference of incident to insured events and justifications of the amount of insurance compensation in t.ch:

- whether insured event took place;

- what was the reason of insured event;

- whether the Insurer is involved in a loss occurrence;

- whether the reason of insured event is caused by negligence of the Insurer;

- whether all necessary measures were taken for prevention by the Insurer by the Insurer;

- whether all necessary measures were taken for minimization of consequences and damage by the Insurer;

- whether antiemergency actions were carried out by the Insurer so that as much as possible to preserve property of the Insurer.

- there are no circumstances causing claim requirements or objections of the parties.
