The foil is textile

The foil is the thin metal paper intended for drawing on fabric by means of thermotransfer transfer.

Our company offers several types of foil for materials on fabric basis: gold and silver.

Necessary materials for foiling:
- foil - glue base

Foil method of application:

1. To apply on printing zone glue base for foil;
2. To dry at temperature of 160 °C within 20 seconds;
3. With the dried glue base to impose foil on the printing image so that the color party of foil was from above;
4. To press on the thermopress at temperature of 150 °C within 3-5 seconds;
5. To allow prod. to cool down fir-tree; 6. To accurately disconnect foil from fabric.
