Appointment. The cooler ventilatory with the closed contour is intended for liquid cooling (the prepared (distilled) water, oil, aqueous - alcoholic solutions, etc. ) circulating in the closed contour without rupture of a stream and loss of working pressure.
The cooler with the closed contour has two independent contours: "processing equipment - the cooler heat exchanger" and "the water - collecting pallet of the cooler - water distribution system of the cooler" that prevents a possibility of evaporation and mixing of the cooled liquid with the cooling reverse water.
In the top part of the cooler the water distribution system providing uniform distribution of the reverse cooling water on an external surface of pipes of the heat exchanger is located. Heat from the cooled liquid is transmitted through walls of pipes of the heat exchanger in reverse water. At the same time reverse water partially evaporates. Flowing down from system of pipes of the heat exchanger reverse waters gathers in the pallet from where by means of the pump moves in water distribution system.
Feed of the evaporated amount of water is carried out automatically, by means of the valve with a float.
The stream of air promotes intensive evaporation and according to cooling of reverse water. Thus, heat passes from reverse water into the circulating air.

|Cooler case||The bearing system of the case of the cooler consists of steel galvanized structures.
The covering is made of profile galvanized sheets with a polymeric covering or PVC of sheets which fasten to a metal galvanized framework.
In the lower part of the cooler the water - collecting pallet is placed by V=7m3 volume.
|Cooling system||Represents the heat exchanger from the thin - walled metal tubes processed by method of hot galvanizing, or copper tubes. The heat exchanger is in the cooler case.
Thanks to a simple design of the cooler there is a possibility of bystry dismantle of the old module of the heat exchanger and installation new.
|Water distribution system||It is intended for uniform distribution of reverse water on a surface of pipes of the heat exchanger for an intensification of process of a heatmass exchange and consists of plastic pipelines and nozzles.|
|Water catcher||It is placed directly over water distribution system of the cooler and intended for catching of the drops of water taken by an air stream in a heat exchanger zone.|
|Ventilatory installation||Is in the top part of the cooler. Ventilatory installation provides the compulsory movement of air. The pryamoprivodny single - speed electric motor, the driving wheel with plastic blades and the diffuser is a part of ventilatory installation.
The used fan is characterized by the low noise level, durability and simple technical leaving.
|Control system and control with the frequency and adjustable drive of the electric motor||Provides:
