The used materials guarantee long service life and constancy of parameters of solar collectors. All models have a frame from the anodized aluminum and a copper absorber with the put vacuum absorbing layer with long service life.
The absorbing surface of flat solar collectors is formed of the high-selection covering having ability of big solar radiation absorption. Covering heat emission radiation in a circumambient (loss is warm at the radiation) is minimum.
Special tempered glass at all models has high resistance to destruction and high absent-mindedness for solar radiation. In some models anti-reflex glass which is the best among glasses of the flat solar collectors which are applied at production is applied. The special layer on both parties of glass eliminirut reflection of solar radiation and promotes the maximum hit of radiation on an absorber.
Heat insulation limits loss of heat on solar collectors and increases their efficiency. Thickness of mineral isolation fluctuates ranging from 2 to 6 cm depending on model.
Some models of flat solar collectors can be built in the rooftop, creating a uniform design with a roofing covering.
Flat solar collectors can be used for heating of water for domestic needs, heating of water in the pool or maintenance of heating in the house. Collectors will allow you to use more solar energy even in the fall and in the winter under favorable conditions.
The flat solar collector is established on a roof, and the heat-sink tank with water is established in the room convenient for divorce of a network of hot water (a boiler room, a bathroom, etc.). The buffer tank which represents the automated system of transformation, maintenance and preservation of heat received from energy of the sun, as well as from other power sources (for example, the traditional boiler working at electricity, gas or diesel fuel) which support system at the insufficient number of solar radiation is applied to maintenance of heating in system. The water heated from available sources of heat is used as the heat carrier for the existing heating system. The controller automatically supports the most optimum parameters of circulation and provides the comfortable set temperature.
In the absence of sufficient solar activity or at night, automatic equipment of system provides minimum necessary attraction of additional energy for maintenance of the set temperature indoors. The system possesses a small inertance, a fast exit to an operating mode and allows to provide a possibility of use of system as basic (for regions with sufficient solar activity) or an additional power source for heating:
- the most effective installations for a temperate and frigid climate, maintains temperatures to -50 °C and low flux level of solar radiation;
- a large number of schemes of connection for satisfaction of different requirements;
- are easily built in the existing hot water supply and heating;
- the arrangement of a tank and the equipment does not demand strict placement, and the big areas;
- big productivity.
