The car natirochny H4-M is used in bakery production to processing of the test at preparation of ring-shaped products.
Dough arrives on a continuous conveyor belt a separate piece no more than 10 kg. At a natirka there is a uniform distribution of the components entering it, and also mechanical impact on a gluten. Besides dough is condensed.
Device of the car and principle of action.
After turning on of the electric motor of the natirochny car the test piece according to a conveyor tape gets to a gap between the rolling drums. The conveyor film is supported and set in motion of steam of the drums strengthened in a framework which pull a tape of the conveyor. The drums making a test natirka are strengthened on a bed in a middle part of the car. The lower smooth drum supports the conveyer belt. Over it there is a drum with longitudinal corrugated flutes. For the prevention from sagging of a tape under the influence of test weight under it the flooring along the conveyor is provided. The distance between smooth and corrugated drums can be changed the tension device, rotating by hand a makhovichok which is in the conveyor.
When passing between smooth and corrugated drums dough is condensed. When all piece of the test passes between drums, the motor turns on in the opposite direction and dough is again rolled via reels. Thus after each admission of the test through rollers it is folded double for the subsequent rolling. Dough for bagels and steering-wheels is usually wiped by 2 times, and stronger dough for sushka 3-4 times. The condensed dough is removed from a conveyor tape of the car and is passed to further processing.
