The car for production of the GR breadsticks 25

The car for formation of the GR breadsticks 25 is equipped with adjustable rolls for giving to the test of the necessary thickness before its giving on a matrix. Cutting of preparations is carried out automatically. Frequency of cutting and respectively length of preparations is regulated by a variator. Manual cutting by pressing the button is possible. All details of the car making contact with the test are made of stainless steel or covered with teflon. Forming matrixes easily are replaced and fasten two screws. Speed of the output conveyor is regulated by a variator. Complete with car one forming matrix is delivered (it is specified at the order).

It is in addition possible to order the following matrixes:
- for sticks with a diameter from 4, 6, 13, 20, 24 mm -
- for cookies from 3 to 12 mm thick -
- for a leaf of the test from 3 to 12 mm thick.
