On what goods the guarantee is provided?
On goods in our shop the guarantee confirming obligations for absence in goods of factory defects is provided. The guarantee is provided for a period of 2 weeks till 36 months depending on service policy of producer. Guarantee period is specified in the description of each goods on our website. As confirmation of guarantee certificates serves the warranty card of the producer, or the warranty card of "Protovar.com.ua".
Please, check completeness and lack of defects in goods at its receiving (completeness is defined by the description of a product or the guide to its operation).
I can exchange or return goods?
Yes, you can exchange or return goods within 14 days after purchase. This right guarantees you "The law on protection of the rights of the consumer".
To use this opportunity, please be convinced that:
- the goods, were not in the use and have no use traces: scratches, chips, attritions, on phone counter no more than 5 minutes of talk, the software was not exposed to changes, etc.;
- the goods are fully completed and integrity of packing is not broken;
- all labels and factory marking are kept.
If the goods do not work, the exchange or return of goods is made only in the presence of the conclusion of the service center authorized by the producer that service conditions are not violated.
Where and how it is possible to make an exchange or return?
Request to coordinate an exchange or return of goods in our Call-center.
At return of goods it is necessary to have at itself the passport. We will return money in day of return of goods or, in case of lack of money in cash desk, not later, than in 7 days.
The exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale under a condition preservation of a trade dress of the bought equipment, packings, and existence of the documents confirming the purchase fact.
Where to address for guarantee maintenance?
The service centers authorized by producers are engaged in guarantee maintenance. You can address to specify contacts of the service center on the official site of the producer or in our Call-center. Also some goods are under repair in our service center – the employee of sales department is obliged to report to you about such goods.
The right for free guarantee maintenance is granted by the warranty card in which are specified:
- serial number;
- warranty period;
- date of sale of goods.
Please, keep it during all term of operation. You will find addresses and phones of the service centers authorized by the producer in the warranty card.
The service center cannot repair my goods during the guarantee period
If during the guarantee period the goods which you bought from us failed because of the producer and cannot be repaired in the authorized service center, we will exchange goods for similar or we will return money.
For this purpose, please, provide to us:
- goods with a full complete set;
- warranty card;
- the document confirming payment;
- the conclusion of the service center with a mark that the goods have "factory defect".
In what cases the guarantee is not provided?
The service center can refuse warranty repair if:
- safety of guarantee seals is broken;
- there are mechanical or other damages which arose owing to deliberate or careless actions of the buyer or the third parties;
- the rules of use stated in operational documents are violated;
- unauthorized opening, repair was made or internal communications and components of goods are changed, the design or schemes of goods is changed;
- the warranty card is incorrectly completed;
- serial or IMEI number which is in memory of a product is changed, erased or cannot be established.
Guarantee certificates do not extend to the following malfunctions:
- natural wear or exhaustion of a resource;
- the casual damages caused by the client or the damages which arose owing to the negligent relation or use (influence of liquid, dust content, hit in the case of foreign objects, etc.);
- damages to result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- the damages caused by emergency increase or undervoltage in the power supply network or the wrong connection to the power supply network;
- the damages caused by defects of system in which these goods, or the resulted connections and connections of goods to other products were used;
- the damages caused by use of goods not to destination or with violation of the rules of ekspluatation;
- the software which is not included in the product package;
- safety of information on the hard drive.
