Exact measurement of surface area and porosity is very important for determination of efficiency and quality of various solid materials, and also for studying and change of their properties. The system for the analysis of surface area and porosity of the solid materials ASAP 2020 combines multifunctionality and universality in one convenient desktop device. ASAP 2020 can be applied both in research laboratories, and on production, providing the accuracy and reproducibility of results of the analysis.

The standard ASAP 2020 system (the basic ASAP 2020N model) can be modified for carrying out other researches of a surface. All additional opportunities can be integrated into the standard device and do not demand separate devices.

HighVac Option - the Option of high vacuum (ASAP 2020HV model)
In addition to the standard version of the device it is completed with the sensor of 10 mm hg and the high-vacuum turbomolecular pump. Allows to conduct researches with the low pressure and high resolution demanded for the analysis of small specific surfaces with krypton use as gas adsorbate.

Micropore Option - the Option for the analysis of micropores (ASAP 2020MP model)
The high-vacuum system (with HighVac Option) can be modernized to system for the analysis of micropores. The sensor of 1 mm hg and the software for the analysis of micropores is for this purpose added. At the same time the system becomes capable to analyze besides a mesotime (from 2 to 500 nanometers) and distribution of micropores by the sizes in the range from 0.35 to 2 nanometers, providing, besides, the choice of various models for processing of results.

Chemisorption Option - the Option for research of a hemosorbtion (ASAP 2020C or ASAP 2020C-MP model)
The system with HighVac or Micropore Option can be modernized to system for research of a hemosorbtion on catalysts. The ASAP 2020C-MP model allows to carry out the analysis as by means of physical sorption (including research of micropores), and hemosorbtion.

Enhanced Chemical Resistance Option - the Option for use of aggressive gases.
The system of the internal ASAP 2020 pipelines from stainless steel in combination with with chemically permanent Kalrez-laying allows to apply aggressive gases or vapors to the analysis. Such option is ideal for experiments with nonsaturated hydrocarbons, for example, benzene or toluene.

Vapour Adsorption Option - the Option for adsorption of vapors of water or flying liquids.
Allows to use vapors of water or other liquids as gas adsorbate.
