Axial and piston adjustable pumps with an inclined disk are intended for the volume hydraulic actuators (GST) consisting of the pump and the hydromotor working according to the closed scheme. Are used in hydraulic actuators of the course of mobile cars – combine and other harvesters, hydraulic actuators of processing equipment – avtobetonosmesitel, road sealants and other cars.
They are simple in management, have rather small overall dimensions. Giving of the pump is directly proportional to the frequency of rotation of a rotor and working volume which is regulated by change of an angle of rotation of an inclined disk.
The direction of a stream of working liquid changes thanks to turn of an inclined disk to the opposite sides concerning its neutral situation.
Modular connection of the hydrodistributor allows to attach control systems of various types.
MN – a hydromechanical proportional control system. Allows to hold an inclined disk in the situation set by a control lever, supporting by that giving of the pump at the set level.
ER – an electric 3rd position control system. It is used for the drive on system incl. - off - incl. Delivery with adjustment of the maximum working volume is possible.
HD – a hydraulic proportional control system. Allows to hold an inclined disk in a standard position by means of giving of the managing director of a hydraulic signal. It is used in cars with difficult configuration or demanding coordination of giving of the pump and processing equipment.
EP – an electric proportional control system. Provides stepless change of working volume of the pump – due to change of current on two proportional magnets.
In a design of pumps dimension of 90 cm3 and 112 cm3 provided a possibility of connection of additional pumps according to the scheme "tandem".
