SYSTEM OF REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTING OF RESULTS OF NONDESTRUCTIVE CONTROL OF METAL ROLLING

The system is intended for registration and documenting of results of nondestructive control of steel products by the technical means which are not completed with the documenting devices but having an analog output of a measuring signal.
The system carries out the following functions:

automatic input in the computer of analog signals of defectoscopy and discrete signals of an automatic defektootmetka;
creation of the chart of tests on the display screen with a possibility of scaling (fig. 1);
automatic formation and listing of the test report;
control of setup of defectoscopes and check of an automatic defektootmetka in dynamics;
storage in memory of the computer of results of tests and charts of tests with a possibility of their subsequent viewing and listing.

Nondestructive control of metal rolling is provided at the expense of a periodic sjem of information from amplitude exits of the defectoscope. The number of controlled channels from 1 to 4, frequency of poll of channels is set, maximum - from 15 kHz (1 channel) to 9 kHz (4 channels). Along with input of an amplitude signal on each channel the discrete signal of an automatic defektootmetka developed by the defectoscope is entered. Word length of anologovo-digital transformation - 14 categories, entrance range - ±10 Century.
