Description Mechanism of the sliding MANERA system

The door sliding MANERA system is used for a complete set of doors weighing up to 80 kg.

Complete set:

- A profile of the sliding MANERA system 2 m long (the profile is a thick-walled aluminum guide on which rollers, it kreptsya to a wall or to a ceiling over an aperture move)

- The mechanism of the sliding Palermo system (the roller carriage which is fixed on the top end face of a door cloth; the rollers made of the special polymer steady against deleting; rollers rotate on rolling bearings that provides the easy and smooth course and a minimum level of noise. Also at installation by means of the screw of the mechanism it is possible to regulate a gap between the lower part of a door cloth and a floor)

- A stopper the limiter (fix a door in extreme situation and does not allow it to leave too far and allows for to fix a door in open or zakpyty situation.)

- A tag (fastens to a floor in one plane with a door cloth, at the same time it is necessary to recede from a door end face, in a closed position, 2-5 cm. In the lower end face of a door cloth it is recommended to cut out a groove under free circulation of a tag.)

- A profile lower (is not included in the package, it is bought separately if necessary) (to fasten by means of self-tapping screws or glue to the lower end face of a door cloth in previously cut out groove and further serves a guide for a tag when opening and closing a door and it does not allow to vysyvatsya to sawdust from a door cloth.)

- Fastening of the R-15 profile (is included in the package) (it is intended for rigid fixing of a profile to a wall or a ceiling.)
