Description
Centrifugal one-stage FZ pumps are intended for pumping of pure and dirty water, household and industrial drains, and also other liquids in the field of corrosion stability of the applied materials. They concern the high-unified group of submersible pumps and pumps for dry installation which various types depend on specifics of the pumped-over liquids, and also on a look and the size of pollution.
In particular are applied to transfer of the drains including containing impurity of solid and dlinnovoloknisty bodies, and also liquids with the content of air and gases. They can successfully be applied to pumping of the crude slime containing active rainfall and gnilny slime.

Types

FZB pumps with the driving wheel of channel type, are intended for pumping of the polluted liquids with the maintenance of solid and slurry bodies, without dlinnovoloknisty substances.
FZC pumps with the two-bladed driving wheel (for FZ.9 the three-blade driving wheel), are intended for the polluted liquids, crude drains
FZD pumps with the pounding driving wheel, are intended for pumping of the polluted liquids with the maintenance of firm and slurry elements, without dlinnovoloknisty substances.
FZE pumps with the Vortex Special driving wheel, are intended for pumping of the polluted liquids and crude drains
FZR pumps with the open driving wheel multi-blade unilaterally, are equipped with the cutting mechanism allowing to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies.
FZV pumps with the Vortex driving wheel, are intended for pumping of the polluted liquids and crude drains
FZX pumps with the open driving wheel multi-blade unilaterally, are equipped with the cutting mechanism allowing to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies (explosion-proof execution)
FZY pumps with the open driving wheel multi-blade unilaterally, are equipped with the cutting mechanism allowing to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies
 

FZB


FZB pumps are equipped with the channel closed driving wheel. The pump is intended for pumping of the polluted liquids with the maintenance of solid and slurry bodies (for example, water with sand), without fibrous to substance.
Characteristic of system:

  • High efficiency of hydraulic system,
  • smaller free pass in comparison with Vortex system

Pumps of this type are used in stations of forcing of drains of production Hydro-Vacuum S.A., however can be applied to transfer of other environments also.
Standard material of production (isp. 1) this driving wheel from Zl250, and in material of production 2 – the driving wheel and the bearing case from ZbCr32. Perhaps also, at the request of the client, execution of the delivery case from ZbCr32, and also production from cast steel.

FZC


FZC pumps are equipped with the two-bladed closed driving wheel (for FZ.9 the three-blade driving wheel) and intended for pumping of liquids with the maintenance of firm elements, dlinnovoloknisty and slurry. The main mission of pumps ― is transfer of crude drains of the low-cleared or crude, active rainfall, gnilny rainfall.
Characteristic of system:

  • the big easy access of the driving wheel which is not allowing clogging of rotary system
  • higher efficiency, than in pumps with Vortex system with identical pass in both systems that gives reduction of power of engines

FZC pumps are used is interchangeable with pumps with the Vortex driving wheel. A forward disk in the pump not, the driving wheel on an entrance is condensed on a cylindrical surface, but not on a face surface, rings are made of ZbCr32, in addition on an entrance of the driving wheel undercutting which does not allow hit of sand between the driving wheel and a ring is used, and protects from blocking of system.
Standardly driving wheel is manufactured with Zl250 (1 production on materials), but can be manufactured with ZbCr32 in the 2nd material execution.

FZD


FZD pumps are equipped with the open driving wheel and a disk multi-blade unilaterally for grinding and intended for pumping of liquids with the maintenance of dlinnovoloknisty elements. First of all, pumps are intended for transfer of crude drains of the low-cleared or crude, active rainfall, gnilny rainfall.
Characteristic of system:

  • grinding of the elements getting to the pump happens between the face surface of the driving wheel and the pounding disk,
  • the forced liquid does not may contain solid bodies (for example: small stones), but the system is not sensitive to, for example, rags, fabrics, bottles like RET.

FZD pumps can be used everywhere where there is a probability of clogging of channel driving wheels, for example rags, but in this regard in a design in front of pumps the system of separation of big solid bodies has to be installed. In pumps of this type adjustment of an arrangement of the pounding disk which is made during its assembly is required. FZD pumps are used, first of all, in stations of transfer of drains like TSA and TSB.
Standardly driving wheel and the pounding board are manufactured of Zl250 (1 execution), or the driving wheel from ZbCr32, and a board from Zl250 in the 2nd execution on materials.

FZE


FZE pumps are equipped with open Vortex Special driving wheels multi-blade unilaterally and intended for pumping of liquids with the maintenance of solid bodies, dlinnovoloknisty and slurry. It is used, first of all, for transfer of the crude low-cleared or crude drains, active rainfall, gnilny rainfall.
Characteristic of system:

  • big easy access under the driving wheel which does not allow clogging of rotary system.
  • low sensitivity to clogging of rotary system

FZE pumps are used is interchangeable with FZC pumps. The efficiency of system is lower, than in pumps with two-bladed driving wheels, but it is compensated to high efficiency of the pump unit in wet stations of transfer of drains.
Standardly driving wheel is manufactured of Zl250 (1 execution on materials), but can be also manufactured of ZbCr32 in the 2nd execution, also as the oil case. At the request of the client we can manufacture the delivery case of ZbCr32 and of cast steel.

FZR


FZR pumps are equipped with open driving wheels multi-blade unilaterally. The pump is equipped with the cutting mechanism that allows to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies which can be the cause of clogging of hydraulics of the pump. The pump FZR has no built-in protection of the engine. The pump FZR engine ― is the engine wet, filled with vaseline oil PN-60/M-96105 agrees. Will be used only the pump FZR.1.
The pumps FZR is accepted in:

  • small home stations of transfer of drains
  • treatment facilities as auxiliary units
  • gardening
  • construction
  • agriculture
  • depletions of cesspools
  • for use of rain water
  • for drainage of the flooded objects
  • for depletion of pools or tanks

Standardly in the 1st constructional production the driving wheel is manufactured of Zl250, and in the 2nd execution the driving wheel from ZbCr32. In all executions the knife and a board of the cutting mechanism is executed from ZbCr32.

FZV


FZV pumps are equipped with open Vortex driving wheels multi-blade unilaterally and intended for pumping of liquids with the maintenance of solid bodies, dlinnovoloknisty and slurry. It is used, first of all, for transfer of the crude low-cleared or crude drains, active rainfall, gnilny rainfall.
Characteristic of system:

  • big easy access under the driving wheel which does not allow clogging of rotary system.
  • low sensitivity to clogging of rotary system

FZV pumps are used is interchangeable with FZC pumps. The efficiency of system is lower, than in pumps with two-bladed driving wheels, but it is compensated to high efficiency of the pump unit in wet stations of transfer of drains.

FZX pumps are equipped with the open driving wheel multi-blade unilaterally. The pump is equipped with the cutting mechanism which allows to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies which in case of standard hydraulics can hammer it.

The pump FZX can be used in an explosion threat zone. The pump FZX is equipped with thermal protection of a winding of the engine and protection against humidity of the camera of the engine. FZX pumps are used only in submersible execution. The engine of the pump FZX is the engine of dry type. Only the FZX.1 option is applied.
FZX pumps are used in:

  • home stations of transfer of drains
  • stations of transfer of economic and industrial drains
  • stations of transfer of drains in rooms with bad ventilation

FZY


FZY pumps are equipped with the open driving wheel multi-blade unilaterally. The pump is equipped with the cutting mechanism which allows to pump over the polluted liquids with dlinnovoloknisty bodies which in case of standard hydraulics can hammer it.

The pumps FZY are not equipped with thermal protection of a winding of the engine and protection against humidity of the camera of the engine. The pump FZY can be equipped with system of sensors as the pump FZX, but this non-standard equipment. Pumps of this type are used only in submersible execution. The engine of the pump FZY is the engine of dry type. It is applied only varyant
The pumps FZY are used in:

  • home stations of transfer of drains,
  • stations of transfer of economic and industrial drains,
  • stations of transfer of drains in rooms from bad ventilyatsy.

  Engines with the internal IP68 cooling system with a possibility of not submersible work

Principle of operation of the internal cooling system:

  • cooling happens via the internal cooling system which selects heat from the case of the engine and transmits it to the pumped-over environment through a wall between the engine and the pump,
  • glycol mix with water because it can work in low temperatures is cooling with the environment,
  • the movement of liquid in internal system calls the axial driving wheel with low power consumption,
  • the internal system is completely isolated from the pumped-over liquid, thanks to it system resistant to overgrowing that allows to apply it in the systems cooled by the pumped-over environment, for example municipal drains
  • in the cooling system the low pressure independent of pump parameters that reduces risk of depressurization of system.
