Description
Stations of dispensing are recommended for such processes as:
1. Dispensing of antinakipin (stabilization processing of water) and corrosion inhibitors for systems of water supply, GVS and water reverse cooling systems;
2. Dispensing of reagents for the correctional water and chemical modes steam and boilers:
- chemical oxygen removal;
- adjustment rn;
- prevention of a nakipeobrazovaniye (phosphate coating);
- prevention of corrosion in Paro - condensate paths of boilers;
3. Dispensing of biocides for prevention of biological obrastaniye.
Possible working hours of stations:
- mode of continuous dispensing;
- the mode of proportional dispensing from a pulse signal (hydrometer), or from an external current signal (flowmeter).
Sets of delivery of the offered equipment:
- the dosing pump in a standard complete set (the reception valve, the delivery and dosing valves, a set of connecting hoses);
- reagent level sensor;
- the water counter with a pulse exit (Du of =15-250 mm);
- capacity for reagent (the dosing container volume: 60, 100, 200, 500, 1000 l);
- an electric mixer for preparation of solutions.
