SIP panels

We produce SIP panels from quality materials on certified equipment (СЄ) of our own production. We produce SIP panels with OSB - 3 Egger, DSP, magnesite and fiber cement boards. Expanded polystyrene, neopor, PIR, PUR can be used as a heater. All materials have quality certificates, safety certificates.

How we produce high quality SIP panels

The production of SIP panels begins with cutting blocks of expanded polystyrene on a CNC machine, which ensures the ideal geometry of the future panel and their excellent docking.

Then the panels are assembled, glued and pressed in pneumatic presses at a pressure of 6 bar. The joining of materials is made by high - quality polyurethane adhesives Leeson (Great Britain), Kleiberit (Germany) with careful observance of technology and European standards.

Cutting SIP panels is carried out on modern cutting machines, which allows you to produce elements of any complexity.

SIP panels are supplied with a selection of insulation around the perimeter for the installation of connecting elements (timber, planks, SIP liners). With a standard sampling depth of 30mm, it can be changed on request at no extra charge.
