Sanitary inspection rooms (station of hygienic control)

The INOX TIME company makes sanitary inspection rooms of INOX CLEAN of type through passage with the module for disinfection of hands and soles of footwear. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Standard complete set:

- programmable controller;

― tight photo cells;

- disinfection cycle indicators;

- restrictive hand - rail;

- the strengthened turnstile;

- disinfecting pass;

- a stationary tank for dezifitsiruyushchy means;

Disinfection of soles of footwear.
Consists of two sections: section with disinfecting liquid and section for removal of surplus of liquid from footwear. The worker passes on the special tank with disinfectant solution which level is slightly higher than the level of a floor lattice. Solution of a disinfectant is added manually. In the section located under a turnstile, surplus of liquid from footwear flows down in a special compartment.

Disinfection of hands.
Disinfection of hands happens when hands are in disinfection chambers (by operation of touch sensors). The turnstile opens only after the disinfection cycle is complete.

Turnstile operating modes.
The rotating turnstile provides pass through the sanitary inspection room only in case of implementation of disinfection of hands and soles of footwear. Otherwise the turnstile is blocked. Bilateral rotation of a turnstile (an entrance and an exit from a production zone; at an exit from a production zone the turnstile will be unblocked by a photosensor, disinfection of hands is not required).

The sanitary inspection room is equipped with system of "an emergency unblocking" of a turnstile (anti - panic) ― at an emergency shutdown of electricity the turnstile automatically will be unblocked for free emergency evacuation of employees.
