Rotor feeders of AL-100 with a productivity of 0,8 liters for one turn of a rotor (at 100% filling), are intended for rated loading / unloading of the powdery and granulated products.
Rotor feeders of AL are applied in systems with pressure difference an input and output to 2,0 bars and have small losses of air through a gap the rotor/case that allows to use them in systems of pneumotransport.
Thanks to a modular design of a rotor feeder, using standard components, production of various configurations for application in various industries is possible.
Rotor feeder (lock feeder, the lock valve, lock lock, sector lock, the lock batcher) (prosypny) type through passage with an open lower flange. AL feeders - have round lower and top flanges of an identical standard size. Flange connection according to PN10, ANSI 150lbs and JIS. The slanted arrangement of an entrance opening increases coefficient of filling of a rotor with a product.
The standard rotor has 9 fixed blades. Various configurations of a rotor are possible: with adjustable blades, the lowered productivity, with scrapers, etc.
The rotor shaft bearings which are taken out, the closed type with greasing on all service life.
Consolidation of a shaft is carried out by means of epiploons or omental consolidation with podduvy compressed air is used.
Rotor feeders of AL - are made of stainless steel - AISI-316, cast iron and aluminum. Production with the nickel, chromeplated and tungsten covering is possible.
Models of a standard complete set work at a temperature up to 150 °C and the maximum pressure difference an input and output to 2,0 bars. Versions - production of rotor feeders are available to the certificate of ATEX 94/9/EC to operation at temperatures from -200 °C up to +900 - °C, in explosion-proof execution corresponding including, maintaining short-term pressure difference to 10,0 bars and for work in fire-dangerous rooms of the class St2.
Additional openings for removal of excess air – standard execution of versions of production from cast iron and as an option for stainless steel and aluminum are provided in the case of a rotor feeder. By default on rotor feeders the direct SEW drive is installed, other drives can be installed on demand.
