LLC Grout sells a rod iron wire from metal, one of types of metal rolling
Rolled wire is a wire from metal, one of types of metal rolling demanded in the construction market. The main scopes of rolled wire - production of a different wire, construction ropes, cable wires, packagings, armature and other products. Rolled wire is made from different metals - it can be carbon steel or non-ferrous metals. It can differ with the sizes - steel rolled wire has diameter from 5 to 10 mm, a wire brass or a wire copper - from 1 mm.
Make rolled wire in the way of drawing through hot shaft where it is heated, getting a necessary form, and then it is reeled up in the form of hanks on special winders. After the vacuum mill rolled wire needs cooling which is made or under natural conditions, or the accelerated way in special rooms with ventilation.
Production of rolled wire is strictly regulated by state standards: in state standard specification 2590 requirements to diameter and maximum deviation from it, cross-sectional area of rolled wire and weight per one meter of a product are described, and the range is regulated by state standard specification 30136. Rolled wire which is intended for production of a wire should not have agnails and other similar deformations. Besides, quality of rolled wire decreases in case of decarbonization of steel during drawing, in the course of rolling there can be bubbles or emptiness which significantly reduce product durability. There is a marking of rolled wire which determines rolling accuracy: B - high accuracy, In - normal.
The metal bar is also one of types of metal rolling, it represents a semi-finished product for production of parts. It can have the different form of section - round, rectangular, hexagonal, oval or another depending on assignment of future product. The bar can be made of steel or non-ferrous metals. The bar copper is used in mechanical engineering, automotive industry, metallurgy, a bar brass - in shipbuilding and aircraft industry, for production of fasteners in different armature.
