Доброго дня. Щодо Вашої ситуації нами було проведено розслідування. Приносимо вибачення за ситуацію, що склалася, наш менеджер випадково скасував неопрацьоване замовлення без додаткової перевірки. Відразу після отримання Вашого відгуку, ми кілька разів намагалися до Вас додзвонитися, проте всі спроби виявилися марними.
Для уникнення повтору даної ситуації в майбутньому ми провели бесіду з всіма менеджерами і вводимо подвійну перевірку причини скасування
