Получила Товар(это косметическая сыворотка) с датой выпуска 10.01.2020 года,пакеты вздуты и имеется какая то отдушка(подделка) .Я много лет пользуюсь этим товаром и покупаю,потому что не было в нем отдушек(аллергия на компоненты с отдушкой). Пыталась вернуть,сказали за свой счет и не понятно ,кто вернет стоимость товара. Очень недовольна

Вы заказывали товар наложенным платежом, чтобы проверить его на соответствие в отделении Новой почты, а затем оплатить. Вы оплатили... Мы пообещали, что возвратим Вам стоимость не вскрытой упаковки, после ее возврата, по указанному адресу. До сих пор номер ТТН, по возврату, мы не получили. Что здесь может быть непонятно?!
