The Asfaltosmesitelny DS-185 installation is issued more than ten years and during this time proved as reliable and qualitative model. The most optimum choice for average volumes of a roadwork.
The design of asfaltosmesitelny installation allows to carry out the following operations of technological process:
preliminary dispensing of damp stone materials in the food unit;
drying and heating of stone materials to working temperature in a dryer drum and their giving to a roar of the mixing unit;
sorting of heated stone materials on four fractions (0-5; 5-10; 10-20; 20-40 mm), their temporary storage in the "hot" bunker, dispensing and their delivery in the mixer;
three-stage purification of the combustion gases which are coming out a dryer drum of dust in preliminary system of cleaning, cyclones of a dry pyleochistka and in the wet dust collector - a scrubber of "Venturi" (efficiency of a pyleulavlivaniye makes 99,7-99,85% depending on a type of the applied materials) or cleaning in hose filters - emissions of dust make at the same time no more than 20 mg/m3;
use of the caught dust by giving by its elevator in the "hot" bunker;
reception of mineral powder from bulk cement transport vehicles, dispensing and delivery in the mixer;
reception of bitumen from bitumovoz (or a bitumen warehouse), temporary storage and its heating in the bituminous tank up to the working temperature, dispensing and its giving in the mixer;
delivery of mix in a dump truck or giving by its skip hoist in the bunker of ready mix;
heating of bituminous communications and pumps the hot oil heated in a bitumen heater coil.
In installations it is provided:
the automated and remote weight dispensing of stone materials, bitumen, mineral powder and dust, their hashing and delivery in the bunker of ready mix;
control and regulation of temperature of stone materials and the departing combustion gases at the exit from a dryer drum, temperature of fuel and ready mix, bitumen;
automatic or remote control of all main mechanisms;
smooth start-up and stop of a skip.
Management of all installation is centralized and is carried out from the control panel placed in the operator's cabin. The cabin of the operator is equipped with the conditioner and loud-speaking communication. The block principle of production increases factory readiness of knots and allows to reduce installation installation terms considerably. Application of a microprocessor control system provides the most optimum, economy mode of work of installation at the consumer, increases culture of production and non-failure operation of work of the equipment. At the same time all information including about possible malfunctions, it is brought to the display. The plant can deliver products in the completeness necessary for the customer.
