Section PVG hydrodistributors of the Sauer-Danfoss company ensure independent of pressure functioning of hydromotors and hydraulic cylinders of working bodies in a hydraulic actuator.

The hydraulic PVG distributor is a modular design, its various sections are capable to solve numerous individual problems. One PVG distributor may contain up to 10 sections. Each section is capable to operate an expense to 240 l/min. with a pressure up to 400 bars. At the same time independent control of an expense is exercised by means of the LS system. Blocks with the opened and closed center are made for hydraulic systems with unregulated and adjustable pumps. In hydrodistributors different types of zolotniks with a possibility of their mutual replacement are established. In a design of distributors the built-in electronics, sensors, various versions of handles is used. Optimum control, regardless of viscosity, tension or a stream, is provided with installation of sensors of feedback. The possibility of connection of the tire is realized CAN providing functions of management (delays of signals, adjustment of an expense, compensation of a zone of tolerance of a zolotnik). Use of hydrodistributors in hydraulic systems allows to try to obtain the required accuracy of management of a stream. Work with adjustable axial and piston hydraulic pumps provides high efficiency of systems.

In a line of proportional section hydrodistributors the PVG 100 series — the latest development. In a wide range of tasks hydrodistributors of this series replace older — PVG 120. PVG 100 distributors are calculated on a bigger expense and pressure in comparison with PVG 32 and are used in hydraulic systems of heavy bulldozers, logging and other equipment. Now PVG stand on drilling rigs, installations for horizontal and vertical drilling, cranes and manipulators, autohydroelevators and fire-escapes, municipal equipment of a foreign and domestic production.
