Pump NDV of a 6500-80- the centrifugal horizontal one-stage pump of a bilateral entrance with a bilateral semi-spiral supply of liquid to the driving wheel and spiral branch.
Due to completion of flowing part and the driving wheel energy efficiency of the pump increased to 86,5% (efficiency), and also an indicator of the soaking-up ability of the pump to 6,5 m. Thanks to it, at the same power consumption and turns, giving increased up to 6500 m ³ / hour, a pressure to 80 m. Thanks to coverings from stainless steel the resource of work of the labyrinth condensing rings is increased that allows the pump to keep the characteristics for the long term of operation.
The pump NDV of a 6500-80 is intended for pumping of clear water and liquids which characteristics are similar to it on chemical activity, to kinematic viscosity to 36•10-6 m ² / with, the content of mechanical impurity no more than 0,05%, with a size of firm particles no more than 0,2 mm, with the temperature up to 85 °C and with the microhardness no more than 650 kgfs/mm ².
As material for production of flowing details of the pump NDV of a 6500-80 SCh 25 cast iron (the case, a cover, the driving wheel) and steel 45 (shaft) is used.
The engine puts in action a pump rotor via the elastic vtulochno-manual coupling. Support of a rotor are radial or radial-stop bearings. The driving wheel of a bilateral entrance that provides balance of axial forces. Double omental consolidations reliably prevent leakages on a shaft.
