On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies of the method of calculation of technological, geometrical and power parameters of briquetting process batches in a roller press, on the basis of which the calculation is made with the software implementation of the algorithm on the PC, allowing to determine the stresses arising and reasonably choose the design parameters of the roller press. The developed method, implemented in the program can serve as an integral part of CAD for the development of the domestic press equipment.
Developments in HMI for briquetting are performed, usually on a full cycle - from laboratory studies agglomeration of materials to the drawing up production schedules for the design of the production of briquettes, creating a roller presses with the required technological and technical indicators, participation in the development of technology and equipment in industrial environments customer enterprises .
Production of professionally designed HMI Housingless roller presses, with small overall and metal consumption, reliable and easy to use [7.8], carried out in the Experimental production plant HMI. Performance presses except design parameters depends on the type of charge. On the briquettes of coke breeze it can be up to 9 t / h, and screenings of silicomanganese and ferromanganese - to 23-25 t / h. The layout of the press shown in Fig. 7.
Developed HMI technology and forging equipment implemented in a number of industrial enterprises of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. This, in particular, JSC "Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant" (briquetting screenings ferroalloys) , OJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih" (briquetting screenings ferroalloys), JSC "Baygleykoks" (briquetting coke breeze) , on the pellets production plant for Metal industry Co., Ltd "Konkret", Dniprodzerzhynsk (briquetting wide range of metallurgical waste), JSC "Semiluki refractory plant", Russia (briquetting of high alumina grog), and others. Confirmed high efficiency and fast return on a relatively small investment.
