Properties of the built - up metal
Well resists corrosion and wear at friction of metal about metal in the environment of steam with a pressure of 400 kgfs/cm ² and temperature to 450ºС. Processing by cutting without the softening heat treatment is possible.
Technology features
Building up is in most cases made without preheating. At building up of massive parts it is necessary preliminary podogrevdo 250 - 350ºС. Heat treatment: issue at a temperature of 560 - 580ºС during 2 h or annealing at 860 - 870ºС, endurance of 2 h, with the subsequent tempering. Perhaps, also execution of a wire for building up under gumboils of brands: AH - 20C, AH - 20P, AH - 26C, AH - 26P, and also in protective gases (CO2, Ar + CO2 and pure argon).
Application
Building up of plungers, sealing surfaces of common industrial, gas and oil armature, rods gidrokrepy, etc.
