The Avangard company has the automatic transfer line of polymeric coverings of production of Germany which allows to apply coverings on case products from sheet holodnokatany and galvanized steel.

Covering of products foreign powder materials of various flowers and shades at the request of the Customer within color scale of the RAL catalog.

Main operations:

• 2nd zonal degreasing and phosphate coating of details before drawing a covering;
• 3rd zonal washing after degreasing and phosphate coating;
• drying of details after degreasing and phosphate coating;
• heating of the furnace is carried out by gas, by indirect burning;
• drawing polymeric coverings;
• polymerization of coverings.
