The Novaplast enterprise (Istanbul, Turkey) is formed with direct participation and the technical leaders of the German technical center of the Arcon Handels GmbH company which is located in Munich (Germany) and is technical division of Vesbo PPR pipes&fittings.; Since 1982 the company is engaged in development of scientific researches in the field of production of polymeric materials, controls supply of equipment and raw materials.
In 1992 the enterprise started production of pipes and a fitting "VESBO" under the name from polypropylene of a randomsopolimer for systems of water supply and heating.
Now the VESBO trademark is recognized by the organizations, most known in the world, which certify production and control quality of products. So, in 2002, production of the VESBO brand was conferred the international European award "For Quality in the New Millennium".
Scopes of production of "VESBO" are very diverse:
- the polypropylene pipes PPR PN10 are applied, as a rule, to cold water supply with a temperature up to +20 °C;
- the usual plastic pipes PPR PN20 (pipe pn20) and pipes polypropylene reinforced by PPR PN20 Faser fiber glass are applied to hot water supply with a temperature up to +70 °C.
The polypropylene pipes reinforced by PPR PN25 aluminum are optimum in systems of heating. Reinforcing is made by the punched aluminum. The plant is one of the few Turkish producers of the polypropylene pipes using the punched foil which is also used by all leading European producers. Perforation provides reliable coupling of polymer and metal. Reinforcing of a polypropylene pipe aluminum foil allowed to reduce significantly its thermal linear expansion, having brought closer it to linear expansion of steel, and also gave additional effect in the form of the diffusive barrier interfering penetration of oxygen into system of heating.
The polypropylene pipes reinforced by Faser fiber glass in comparison with the usual pipes PPR have essential advantage – for 75% smaller linear expansion because obligatory preliminary cleaning – the simplified and accelerated installation is not required. Due to small linear expansion the distance between support increases that reduces total of support and reduces cost of installation, the layer of fiber glass provides durability of pipes at a smaller thickness of a wall.
