Main properties

NTs-0038 represents suspension of pigments in mix of a kolloksilin, pitch in organic solvents with addition of softeners.

Scope

It is applied under the coverings nitrocellulose, nitroalkidny, nitroepoxy enamels operated in rooms or in atmospheric conditions.

Intends for local alignment and correction of defects of a paint and varnish covering (risks, scratches, chips, small dents, etc.) on the metal and wooden surfaces grounded by alkyd and nitrocellulose primers, and also for correction of defects on the revealed layer.

For alignment and correction of defects of the grounded metal and wooden surfaces. Nitrofilling is applied with the pallet, a brush or — after dilution by solvent 646 — a kraskoraspylitel. Thickness of the dried layer has to make no more than 120 microns.

Technical characteristics

Conditional viscosity on the VZ-246 viscometer with a diameter of nozzle of 6 mm at a temperature (20±0,5) °C — not less than 30-70 with, a mass fraction of nonvolatile substances — not less than 63%, drying time to degree 3 at a temperature (20±2) °C — no more than 3 h, is ground without water, heat resistance at a temperature of 65-70 °C — not less than 8 h.
