Description
Machines have lifting multirope instead of one a little (2; 3; 4; 6; 8) lift wires are also located directly over a mine shaft on tower to a copra (MPMB, TsSh and MK machine) or are established in the building at a certain distance from a trunk (MPMN and TsShN machine). Generally multirope machines apply to raising of big loads from big depths.
Multirope machines are completed with two types of brakes: radialnno-block and disk.
In type designation of a hoist engine the TD prefix means - a brake disk.
For the NKMZ deep mines lets out a hoist engine with a friction pulley. This machine is intended generally for kletyevy rises and demands a tail rope. Diameter of a friction pulley is 7,2 m. Feature of this machine - availability of the reel put on a head shaft near a friction pulley. The reel is intended for coiling of a rope at its change or a hinge plate. It is most possible to wind 1330 m of a rope with a diameter of 60 mm (nine layers) on the reel. The machine electric drive - low-speed direct or alternating current or high-speed alternating current with a reducer. The brake drive - pneumocargo. The most admissible static tension of a rope - 31 t; maximum speed of raising of 15,85 m/s.
