The mixer foundry cup batch action with the vertically rotating skating rinks, is intended for preparation of a sandy-argillaceous core sand with a durability on crude no more than 0,2 kgfs/cm3.
Hashing node - a traverse with dumps and skating rinks.
The principle of operation of the mixer - mix at first is condensed with skating rinks, then loosened with dumps and probes of skating rinks that provides high quality of hashing of components of a sand.
For protection of a circumambient from a zapyleniye not of upper part of the feedwell of the mixer the cap is established.
The mixer is equipped with the unloading mechanism. At the request of the Customer, the mixer can be completed with dosers:
- sand with the receiving hopper;
- liquid additives;
- powdered additives (sand doser) and lock.
Scope - smeseprigotovitelny departments of casting shops, and also complex forming lines.
