Structure of product: composition of aromas and natural spicery "Half-smoked Krakow sausage, E621 sodium glutamate, sugar, maltodextrin, E300, E316 antioxidant, antikomkovatel of E500, E551. Recommendations about application: mix is used in a dry form without preliminary preparation. Mix is added at stage of drawing up forcemeat of sausage after laying of meat raw materials and sodium nitrite, evenly distributing on surface of the mixed raw materials. Further technology operations carry out according to the technology instruction of the enterprise. The recommended mix dosage: 500-700g on 100 kg of raw materials.
