Description
The company TESSA produces compact multi - function mini - factories for the production of dairy products with capacity from 500 to 1, 000 liters of milk per shift.
Receiving function, fermentation and pasteurization are performed by one unit portionwise pasteurizer - fermenter (tank capacity from 200 to 600 liters).
Capacity pasteurization and fermentation provides the complete technological cycle of processing the milk.
Capacity connected to pumps, separators, homogenizer and packaging units.
pasteurization process is regulated and controlled by means of remote control.
All the main line units are made of stainless steel.
Are warranted for 12 months.
