Metilmetakrilatny bulk floors are less resistant to mechanical and chemical influences, than other types of polymeric structures. However metilmetakrilatny structures give the chance of paving at a temperature up to +8 °C and reduce terms of input of a floor in operation till 1-2 o'clock after drawing structure. These features are used at the device of floors in not heated rooms at short deadlines of work. An important condition when laying metilmetakrilatny structures is the organization of good ventilation as the polymeric filler has a pungent smell which disappears after polymerization.
Depending on degree of fullness of polymeric structures quartz sand, coverings can be smooth or rough, nonskid.
Degree of loading which floors can maintain depends on thickness of a polymeric covering without collapsing. Apply the removing dust thin layer polyurethane or epoxy covering 0,3-0,8 mm thick to easy loadings. At easy and average loading use the self-leveled structures 0,8 - 2,0 mm thick. Covering thickness at average and heavy loadings makes 2,0 - 4,0 mm. If operation in the conditions of very heavy loadings is necessary, apply polymeric structures over 6,0 mm thick.
Technologies of the device of floors allow to carry out decorative coverings with use of pigments and additional color "chips". In one room structures with various dyes can be used.
