Solaris eMark - model of the laser markirator of initial level.
This markirator represents the compact monoblock with air cooling.
The main scope of the laser markirator of Solaris eMark is the marking on packaging from paper and the cardboard, paper labels. For bigger contrast the place of marking is recommended to be painted in dark color.
But also it can be used for marking directly on the glass surface in lines of pouring in the glass jar or the bottle with a performance up to 6000 units of production an hour.
In packing machines marking is possible both at the movement of the product and at the time of its stop.
Marking in the movement demands high stability of speed of the movement of the marked product or application of the enkoder for synchronization of speed of the seal. Otherwise quality of marking often unacceptable because of features of the movement of the laser beam.
Feature of this model - the possibility of change of the direction of the exit of the laser beam from the printer body: the straight line and with turn by 90 degrees. It considerably simplifies installation in conditions of limitation of the place.
Program allows to create and load providing SolMark into the message printer, consisting of the text, graphics, bar codes and 2D codes. Also the seal of variable data from the file of the user is supported.
