Installation for a vyduv of bottles of PET UV2-700

The UV2-700 installation is intended for a vyduv of bottles like PET by volume from 0,25l to 5,0l (semi-automatic). Installation consists of two cars: 1) The heating car for heating of preforms. The UV2-700.02 car is intended for uniform heating of flasks to a certain temperature and stable maintenance of this temperature. The car represents the conveyor of the working positions mounted so that from loading of cold flasks before their unloading flasks were warmed up to the certain technologically necessary temperature. The car is intended for work together with car of the UV2-700.03 model, blown for production of bottles of PET. 2) The car is blown on-off. The UV2-700.03 car is intended for production of bottles with a capacity from 0,25 to 5,0 l from the flasks heated to a certain temperature from PET and is used together with car for heating of flasks from UV2-700.02 model PET.
