The installation for recovery of heat of flue gases of an apartment house containing the heat exchanger which entrance is connected by the pipeline to kitchen, and an exit - to premises which differs in the fact that an exit of the heat exchanger is connected via the circulating fan to an entrance of the second heat exchanger from which at the exit the circulating fan, the filter and the pritochny fan are located.
