Yeast dough (for pies, rolls) rich
Ingredients:
250 g of liquid (milk = hot water 1:1)
2 yolks
50 g of plums. oils
1 tsps of salt (without top)
1 tsps of sugar (with top)
50 g of fresh yeast
400-500 g of flour
20 g of a rast.masl
Preparation:
To pour milk and water in the Bowl, to add sliv.maslo, salt, sugar, yolks, yeast, flour and to knead dough of poses. Rolling pin / 3мин.
To add rast.maslo (between the test and walls of the Bowl), to warm up 5min/40C/Sk.2.
MCh is closed, not to remove, will not rise to top yet.
