Application of a cultivator of KU-6,2A gives the chance to connect technological operations on the main processing of the soil and introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers and by that to reduce operational costs.
During the work of a cultivator technological process of introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers is carried out under pressure of 4-6 atm., what completely excludes blockage of tubes through what fertilizers move on processing depth. Supply of working liquid happens through washers to a kalibriruyushchy opening which are placed on each nozzle, and provides uniformity of introduction on capture width. Existence of the cutting devices on nozzles which work at reduction of pressure in system lower than 0,5 atm. prevents an effluence. Gas station of the unit is made via quick-detachable couplings in the closed cycle that allows to reduce time of gas station of the unit several times. Also thanks to these connections work with the unit becomes safer for service personnel.
