The roller grill of Hendi "Hot dog" is intended for frying of sausages, sausages, sausages, meat and fish bars. Roller grills widely use in fast food, points of street trade, at gas stations and other small institutions of a public catering for preparation of various hot dogs.
Its principle of work is quite simple: sausage is located between two heating-up and continuously rotating rollers, thanks to such design of the device sausage is evenly fried thoroughly from all directions and has an appetizing zazharisty crust.
Sausages can be more or less fried, prepare in a couple of minutes or just be warmed up. The temperature regulator allows to establish temperature to 105 °C.
Under working surfaces there is a pallet for collecting excess fat.
