Grid-irons industrial for solid propellant coppers represent the special lattices intended for maintenance of a layer of solid fuel in a fire chamber and air supply from a poduval to the burning fuel in a fire chamber.
Are applied in industrial coppers like Station wagon 5, 5a, 66a, KV, KVS, KSVR and others.
Structurally grid-irons consist of lattices with openings (prozor) through which air arrives to the burning fuel.
Features of a design and application.
1. It is better to apply those grid-irons which are developed by manufacturer to each concrete copper. In grid-irons of a factory design are precisely calculated the active section of prozor allowing to reach maximum efficiency of a copper and its profitability. Change of a factory design lowers efficiency of a copper - to its teplotdach, k.p.d. One of the best on a design are grid-irons of Boriso-Glebsky boiler and mechanical plant (Russia).
It is better to apply grid-irons of a factory design in which there are stiffening ribs. Such grid-irons well "hold" a heatstroke and have significantly blshy service life.
