The made secondary granule lives the second life, finding broad application in production of products of technical appointment (sewer pipes, technical films, boxes and other). Creation of the enterprise for processing of POLYMERIC WASTE and waste of a plastic packaging in raw materials for further production of software of granules and PVD of granules, and products from them.

The main volume of PLASTIC WASTE, destroy burial to the soil or burning. At burial to the soil PLASTIC WASTE is not exposed to rotting, corrosion, and when burning, in the atmosphere a large amount of harmful substances is allocated.

Introduction of technologies of processing of PLASTIC WASTE is slowed down by the following factors:
absence in Russia organizational and normative and technical conditions of the acceptable quality of the secondary raw materials made from polymeric waste
low competitiveness of production with use of polymeric waste
lack of economic conditions for collecting and processing of bulk of PLASTIC WASTE

At the same time, it is expected that in the next 10 years production and consumption of plastics will advance growth rates of industrial production in Russia, and, therefore, to promote a further aggravation of the environmental and economic problems connected with growth of formation of polymeric waste.
