Way of preparation. It is expedient to apply strong meat broth. Good results are received when using various marinades. Let's give possible ways of their preparation on 100 g of soy:
1. We fill in with the boiling meat broth made from two cubes and 200-ZOOG waters (for those who do not love salty, one cube suffices). We insist 10-15 min.
2. We fill in with the boiling meat broth from cubes with addition of spices (for example, black pepper or pounded garlic) or universal seasoning.
3. We fill in with boiled water and soy sauce in the ratio 4:1.

Marinade A: soy Soyushko oil - 5 spoons, tomato paste or ketchup - 5 spoons, soy sauce or a vurchester - 1 spoon, the shredded bulb, grated garlic - 3 cloves, ground pepper - 1/2 teaspoons, salt - 1 h a spoon, vinegar - 1 h a spoon, small cut fennel or greens of parsley.
Marinade B: soy Soyushko oil - 5 spoons, wine vinegar or white dry wine - 1 spoon, a vurchester - 1 spoon, honey - 2 spoons, mustard - 1 spoon, largely cut bulb, grated garlic - 5 cloves, the Chile sauce - 1 h a spoon, pounded bay leaf, salt - 1 h a spoon.

"Pieces" soy (use of soy goulash or soy vermicelli is possible)

Soy meat with pepper. To fill in soy "Pieces" with the boiling broth made from cubes and/or universal seasoning and a glass of water. To pepper fresh ground pepper.
