Features of a design and components of coolers of the MG series

 

 COOLER CASE

 

 

The case of the cooler represents itself a combined design which consists of separate fiberglass elements. Fibreglass is material very resistant to corrosion and ultra - violet radiation that provides reliable protection against course and esthetically pleasant appearance of the cooler throughout all term of operation.

Support of technological components, support of ventilatory installation and all connecting elements are made of fibreglass and galvanized steel.

The design of the cooler assumes existence of the intermediate pallet. The pallet is intended for collecting and further assignment of chilled water in the general accumulative capacity. The discharge of water from the pallet is made by drift through a drain branch pipe.

At airentrance windows of the cooler sotoobrazny polymeric blocks which evenly distribute an air stream on an entrance to the cooler are installed, interfere with spraying of water out of cooler limits, and also are the effective tool in fight against a ledoobrazovaniye.

The framework of the cooler is delivered in assembled form, separate assembly blocks that excludes expenses on erection works also significantly reduces the volume and term of performance of installation works. Structural elements are designed according to the international standards and standards taking into account certain requirements for wind loadings, snow loadings and loadings at an earthquake.

 
 SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION OF WATER

The system of water distribution of the cooler represents the collector consisting of fiberglass pipes. On each pipe irrigating nozzles are evenly located. Plastic nozzles have the wide diameter of an exhaust outlet that interferes with their contamination. The system promotes uniform distribution of water that is an integral part of good thermal efficiency.

 
 WATER CATCHER

For the purpose of effective catching of drops of water in the fulfilled air stream, the cellular water catcher of VS - 150 is established. This design of a sprinkler promotes effective catching of water, reducing losses of water with carrying out to 0,005% of the general consumption of water for the cooler due to 3 - times change of the direction of an air stream, in too time, possessing excellent aerodynamic to characteristics.

 

 SPRINKLER

In coolers the combined sprinkler from corrugated PVC of sheets with the developed area for a heatmass exchange over which the water distribution mesh layer is established is used.

Specially developed goffering, the designed microstructure, and also high standards of production allow to reach high thermal efficiency at the minimum losses of pressure.

Features and advantages of a sprinkler of OP - 21:

- the improved water distribution;

- a special microstructure for improvement of mixing of water and air components of a stream;

- high efficiency of dispersion of warmth;

- the sprinkler is made of PVC – material which does not sustain combustion.

The irrigating space consists of separate blocks. Each block can be taken and replaced with ease without damage that gives opportunity of access for inspection of designs of a framework or work for maintenance.

Over a film sprinkler of OP - 21 mesh blocks of a drop sprinkler are installed. This decision will improve water distribution, will be promoted the accelerated formation of a thin film of water, and also protection by OP - 21 sprinkler from the directed not sprayed water flow.

 VENTILATORY INSTALLATION

The cooler has ventilatory installation which consists of the fiberglass diffuser, the electric motor and 6 bladed axial fans.

The driving wheels manufactured of polyamide have a significant amount of advantages:

– high resilience of corrosion both chemical, and mechanical;

– high class of dynamic balancing of driving wheels;

– decrease in noise loading and vibration;

– decrease in starting currents of the electric motor;

– longer service life of ventilatory installation

For the purpose of ensuring effective work of ventilatory installations and high cooling ability of the equipment, a special konfuzorno - diffuser part which prevents formations of dead zones in irrigating space is provided in the cooler. Operation of the cooler is automated due to use of frequency regulation of electric drives of the cooler.

The control system and control with the frequency and adjustable electric drive provides:

- manual and automatic control of speed of rotation of the fan depending on temperature of the cooled water (sensors of temperature are included in the package),

- automatic start of the engine,

- turning on of fans on a reverse for fight against frosting.

The control system and control allows:

- to conduct the technological mode of cooling of water in the cooler according to climatic conditions and to achieve at the expense of it essential economy of the electric power;

- to carry out smooth launch of engines and to increase at the expense of it their reliability;
