Polyex Mesh the fiber polypropylene represents the twisted synthetic macro - fibers consisting of special mix to - polymer and polypropylene. They are used for reinforcing of structure of concrete in three dimensions that increases service life and reduces, or completely eliminates plastic shrinkage of concrete. Polyex Mesh fibers it is possible to replace reinforcing of objects with metal in whole or in part.

Polyex Mesh fibers are available in the following lengths: 24 mm, 38 mm.
Fibers of this kind provide a convenient dosage and uniform distribution in a cement matrix. Synthetic fibers absorb a maximum of energy of a treshchinoobrazovaniye, and also is much more durable, than steel fibers.
Since a small dosage, fiber provide decrease in a consumption of steel in all concrete soil plates and the concrete goods elements. Length of fibers is ideally suited also for the concrete goods thin elements for the protecting designs. Fibers improve architectural and consumer quality and increase durability by stretching at a bend.Thanks to the chemical inertness, the fiber polypropylene can be used by preparation of concrete for such extremely aggressive external conditions as the sea coast or chemical productions where use of concrete with metal fibers is not recommended in connection with a possibility of corrosion.
This fiber was already used on many objects about 8000 m ², such as: production floors, roads. Use of a polypropylene fiber significantly reduces work terms, and quality of concrete products and floors – excellent.

standard use (the any kinds of concrete, construction solutions, dry mixes and plasters intended for various purposes);
precast concrete (sewer pipes, wall panels, prefabricated elements for waste wells, underground tanks, distributive a box (electric, telephone networks), tanks with drinking water, the railway cross ties, combined soles a rail which are closing up elements, etc. );
underground works and tunnels (internal processing of tunnels, bearing walls, consolidation of a road bed);
floorings in industrial buildings and external floorings (a parking zone, warehouses, subfloors which are affected by heavy freights or dynamic loadings, a paving without joints, stations of service, garages or repair shops, refrigerators, zones for warehousing, blocks with the reduced thickness, moorings and runways);
residential buildings (base plates, fittings of reinforced concrete of coverings from steel and wooden beams);
Depending on mission of concrete (composite): 1÷3 of kg of fibers on 1 m3 of concrete.
This quantity allows to give to concrete excellent properties and in certain cases completely to exclude the phenomenon of plastic shrinkage.
For comparison – a dosage of steel fibers - 25÷50 of kg / 1 concrete m3.
For the purpose of giving of special composite properties, it is possible to increase a dosage, to more than 0,5% of volume that is impossible at use of steel fibers.
The dosage is selected individually, especially under technical problems of object.
Storage and application:
For receiving the best results of fiber it is necessary to add to concrete weight. It is possible to add to a ready - mix truck, mixing in a concrete mixer during at least 3 min. /each 1 m3.
The fiber is packed into water - soluble bags on 1 kg.
Equipment of a dosage:
Concrete plant, the mixer with giving: fibers should be given directly on the batcher along with a filler, cement, sand and the first part of gravel.
After giving to disturb on the maximum turns within at least 5 min.
Ready - mix truck with the loading device: we add Polyex Mesh with gravel (after cement, sand, water and additives);
Ready - mix truck without loading device: we add fiber in the end (after all components), 4 bags/min. , rotation speed – 10 - 17 rpm.
