Equipment of zernoochistitelny constructions

Reconstruction of the MANAGERS zernoochistitelny units and the KZS zernoochistitelno-drying complexes on the basis of use of universal vibrocentrifugal separators of SV-25 (50). In the ZAV-40 unit presented as an example of reconstruction: additional inclined entrance (ramp) and a platform to the reception bunker conveyor for ensuring reception of the grain lots removed by the combine directly from high-capacity vehicles. An optimum arrangement in the available design of all units.

Efficiency of reconstruction of MANAGERS units and KZS complexes:

• technological and economic efficiency of reconstruction of MANAGER units is carried out, and its expediency of a potdverzhden of the Kharkiv MIS;

• exception of need of additional-telnykh expenses on temporary storage of grain on the platform;
• decrease in fuel consumption on processes of postharvest processing;
