Enamel Pentalak UR-101 represents color high-gloss, two-component, aliphatic polyurethane.
It is applied to a covering of tanks, steel structures, pipes, the equipment, and also to protection of reinforced concrete products, walls, ceilings and other building constructions.
It is long keeps color and gloss at atmospheric action even in tropical climate. Enamel is steady against attrition, influence of chemicals and corrosion.
When putting enamel, temperature of a surface has to be higher than a dew point. Temperature of hardening is not lower +10ºС. Not to put on water, surfaces with water drops. Before drawing the surface has to be processed by a primer. It is not recommended for protection of the surfaces operated in the conditions of immersion.
Before work to mix contents of a container (without creating a funnel) low-reverse mixers (150-200 rpm). When hashing to pour out a hardener in an enamel basis. An enamel basis ratio to a hardener: on 0,625kg bases 0,375kg otv. Before hashing and drawing temperature of enamel has to be always higher than a dew point.
Enamel is applied on the grounded surfaces with the roller, a brush or devices of airless dispersion (working pressure of 150-250 bars) at a temperature from +10 to +30 of 0C and relative humidity up to 95% (conditions of formation of a dew point on the painted surface have to be absent). It is put with layers with an expense 0,0915-0,137¬ú/m ². Thickness of a dry layer is 50-75 microns. Before drawing the following layer it is necessary to give surfaces a roughness.
Not to apply enamel on surfaces on which there are drops of water or damp concrete.
