DN-8 smoke exhausters - the description and technical characteristics
Interpretation of symbols: Д - smoke exhauster; N - recurved shovels of the driving wheel; 8 - the figure designates diameter of the driving wheel in decimeters. Respectively in tyagoduyny DN-8 cars it makes 800 mm.
Application: Fans of smoke removal of DN are used for suction of combustion gases of products of combustion of fuel and inexplosive pylegazovozdushny mixes in fire chambers of boiler units. Are calculated on a long operating mode at observance of all necessary requirements, durable thanks to protection against abrasive influence and strengthening of the case of a snail. Shovels of the driving wheel are built up by a protective firm alloy. DN-8 smoke exhausters are installed for removal of combustion gases of fire chambers of coppers on solid fuel with steam generating capacity ranging from 2,5 to 25 tons per hour and from fire chambers of oil-gas coppers at the same steam generating capacity. DN-8 smoke exhausters on character of curves of a total pressure are used both for independent, and to parallel work. They are equipped with effective system of a zoloulavlivaniye, at high extent of purification of combustion gases (min of 90%).
Types of DN-8 on power (at the maximum efficiency):
DN-8 smoke exhausters with a power of 11 kW - work with the frequency of rotation of 1000 ob. / mines, have steam generating capacity at most 6970 m3/hour. Total pressure of 63,2 kPa.
DN-8 smoke exhausters with a power of 15 to T - work with the frequency of rotation of 1500 ob. / mines, have steam generating capacity at most 10460 m3/hour. Total pressure of 143 kPa.
